What we publish, and what we won't
Our position is simple: if a claim cannot be tied to a document we can show you, we don't make it.
Handling and storage
Temperature-sensitive materials are held in monitored cold storage and picked the morning they ship. Vials are sealed and are not opened, repackaged or relabelled after they arrive in our facility.
Lot identification
Every shipment is tied to a lot number recorded against your order. If you need the lot for a shipment already delivered, contact us with the order number and we will confirm it.
Documentation
Where analytical documentation has been issued for a lot, it is linked on the product page and available to customers who ordered from that lot. Where no document has been issued, the page says so rather than displaying a placeholder figure.
Claims we do not make
We do not state purity percentages, testing outcomes, manufacturing certifications or clinical findings on this site. We do not describe any product as treating, curing, preventing or diagnosing anything. Any such statement appearing here would be an error — please report it.
