- Who can order from Sovara Bioscience?
- Purchasers must be at least 21 and buying for laboratory or research purposes. Every visitor acknowledges this before entering the storefront.
- Can these products be used in humans or animals?
- No. Everything listed is supplied strictly for laboratory research. Nothing here is a drug, supplement or medical device, and none of it is intended for human or veterinary use.
- How is my order packed and shipped?
- Cold-chain items ship in insulated packaging with coolant. Orders placed before the daily cutoff on a business day are picked the same day.
- Do you provide documentation for a lot?
- Where analytical documentation exists for a lot, it is linked on the product page and shared with customers who ordered from that lot. Where none has been issued, the page says so.
- How do I track my order?
- Use the order tracker with your order number and email, or open your account dashboard for full history and tracking.
- What is your returns policy?
- Because these are temperature-sensitive research materials, sealed vials cannot be returned once shipped. Damaged or incorrect shipments are replaced — contact us within 7 days of delivery.
- Do you ship internationally?
- International destinations are handled case by case, subject to local import rules. Contact us before ordering from outside the supported list.
- Which payment methods do you accept?
- Payment processing is not connected yet. Checkout currently records orders without collecting card details.
