By creating an account or placing an order you confirm that you are at least 21 years of age, that you are purchasing for legitimate laboratory or research purposes, and that you are qualified to handle research materials safely.

Every visitor acknowledges these conditions before entering the storefront. We may refuse or cancel any order that appears to be intended for any other purpose.

Nothing sold on this site is a drug, dietary supplement, food additive, cosmetic or medical device. No product is intended for human or veterinary use, and no statement on this site is medical advice.

You agree not to use, resell or supply any product for human or animal consumption, and not to misrepresent the nature of the materials to any third party.

An order is an offer to purchase. It is accepted when we dispatch the items. Prices, availability and shipping options are shown at checkout and confirmed on your order confirmation.

Where payment is collected by a manual method (for example Zelle or Venmo), your order is held until payment arrives. Orders left unpaid may be cancelled after a reasonable period.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sovara Bioscience is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use or misuse of any product. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on this page applies to orders placed after the date shown above.
