Shipping Policy

Standard shipping is $9.99 and is free on orders of $200 or more after any discount. Express shipping is $38.50. The exact options and prices for your order are shown at checkout before you pay.

Orders placed before the daily cutoff on a business day are picked the same day and typically dispatched within 24 hours. You receive a tracking reference as soon as your parcel is on its way.

Temperature-sensitive items ship in insulated packaging with coolant. Please bring parcels indoors promptly after delivery and store the contents as directed on the product page.

We ship within the United States. International destinations are handled case by case, subject to local import rules — contact us before ordering from outside the supported list. You are responsible for ensuring the items you order may lawfully be received at your address.

Carrier delays are outside our control, but if a parcel is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we will investigate and replace or refund as appropriate.
